What are the minimum hours of engagement?

Our minimum hours of services for nurses and caregivers are 8 hours for AM and 12 hours for PM shifts. We start the AM shift as early as 8am and for the PM shift at 8pm. We can customised the start time to the patient/client requirement if its in the best interest of the patient.

Area of Service?

We are currently operation within the Klang Valley area. We however can attempt to accommodate the client’s request to provide service in other states within Malaysia subject to staff availability.

What is the purpose of an Assessment?

The purpose of an Assessment is to understand the condition and medical requirement of the patient, home setup (place of service), family dynamics as well as a soft introductory of all parties involved (client, patient & staff). We will also be able to design the Care Plan which will help shape the recovery process of the patient.

How do we charge?

Our charges will be determined after the Assessment and Care Plan which will be based on the type of services, duration and frequency that has been agreed upon.

Is there a difference between AM and PM charges?

There won’t be any difference in rates/charges with regards to AM or PM charges. However, for PM Nursing or Care Giver services, the shift will be 12 hours (8pm-8am). Nursing or Care Giver services for AM shift can be between 8-12 hours subject to patient/client requirement.

Do we provide Live In Care Giver services?

This service will be subject to staff availability and on a mutual agreement between staff and client.
